Election 2024: Adaklu residents better off with NPP in power – Bawumia

Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has expressed confidence that the people of Adaklu in the Volta Region will experience significant development and progress under the NPP’s governance. During the third day of his constituency-targeted visit to the region, Dr. Bawumia reiterated the party’s commitment to improving the lives of Adaklu’s residents.

He emphasized the notable investments made by the NPP government in infrastructure development, citing several projects that have transformed the area.
Dr. Bawumia pointed out that the NPP has brought portable drinking water to Adaklu, a crucial amenity that has improved the health and well-being of the community.

In addition, the NPP has constructed a youth resort centre and a stadium in Adaklu, providing recreational facilities that promote community engagement and social interaction.
The party has also established a district police command in Adaklu-Waya, enhancing security and safety in the area.

Furthermore, Dr. Bawumia highlighted the construction of a magistrate court in Adangolo, ensuring that every district has a judicial presence. This move aims to facilitate access to justice and promote the rule of law.

One of the most significant projects underway is the construction of an Agenda 111 hospital in Adaklu. This initiative will significantly improve healthcare services in the area, providing residents with access to quality medical care.

Dr. Bawumia drew a stark contrast between the NPP’s achievements and the National Democratic Congress’s (NDC) 16-year tenure.
He noted that during the NDC’s time in office, Adaklu’s roads were left undeveloped, highlighting the NPP’s efforts to address this infrastructure deficit.

The NPP flagbearer believes that Adaklu will thrive under his leadership, given the party’s demonstrated commitment to economic development. He emphasized that the NPP’s philosophy prioritizes progress and growth, evident in their numerous initiatives across various sectors.

Dr. Bawumia’s remarks reflect the NPP’s strategy to showcase its achievements and connect with constituents ahead of the upcoming elections. By highlighting the party’s tangible accomplishments, he aims to demonstrate the NPP’s capacity to drive development and improve lives.

As Dr. Bawumia continues his constituency-targeted visits, his message of hope and development is resonating with the people of Adaklu and the broader Volta Region.
With the NPP’s track record of delivering infrastructure projects and promoting economic growth, Dr. Bawumia is confident that Adaklu will flourish under the party’s governance.
