Rospak FC won the Western Region Super Middle League final match against Team Move FC, advancing to the Access Bank Division One League.
The Western Region Super Middle League final was won easily by the Tarkwa-based team, 3-0, on Sunday.
At the Sekondi Gyandu Park, Rashid Yussif came off the bench to score twice in the second half, adding to Michael Akuokuo’s goal in the first.
Akuokuo scored the game’s first goal on his own from 25 yards out, beating Evans Blay of Team Move.
Then, in the second half, two quick goals from Rospak FC’s speedster Rashid Yissif added to the score and sealed the victory.
Rospak will compete in the 2023-24 Access Bank Division One League’s Zone Two.
