  3. Tema Central Constituency (Greater Accra Region)
In the Tema Central Constituency, Mr. Charles Forson of the NPP emerged victorious with 18,870 votes. He defeated Ebi Bright of the NDC, who had initially been declared the winner with 18,815 votes. Independent candidate Fredrick Aniagyei managed to secure 229 votes.
  4. Ahafo Ano North Constituency (Ashanti Region)
Nana Agyemang Prempeh, representing the NPP, retained his seat in Ahafo Ano North by a narrow margin of just 121 votes. Prempeh garnered 20,353 votes, while his challenger, Kwasi Adusei of the NDC, secured 20,232 votes.
  5. Okaikwei Central Constituency (Greater Accra Region)
Mr. Patrick Yaw Boamah, another NPP incumbent, was declared the winner of the Okaikwei Central seat. Boamah garnered 21,099 votes, defeating Abdulai Abu Baba Abubakar Sadiq of the NDC, who received 19,368 votes.

  7. Techiman South Constituency
The incumbent NPP MP for Techiman South, Martin Adjei-Mensah Korsah, retained his seat after amassing 46,663 votes. He defeated his closest challenger, Christopher Beyere of the NDC, who received 43,429 votes. Other candidates, Donkor Moses and Boyoung Maris, garnered 140 and 76 votes, respectively.

These declarations come after an intensive legal and electoral process aimed at resolving discrepancies in the results of the affected constituencies. The re-collation exercise follows a ruling by the Accra High Court, which ordered a recount of the disputed parliamentary votes.

The EC’s final declaration of winners marks the conclusion of a tense and contested electoral process in these constituencies, reaffirming the democratic will of the electorate. Further details on other constituencies affected by the re-collation will be communicated as the process continues.
