MP for Tarkwa-Nsuaem constituency and Deputy Minister for Lands and Natural Resources responsible for Mines, Hon. George Mireku Duker, on Saturday January 22, cut the sod for Simpa Astro Turf.

This will be the third under his tenure when completed. The Simpa Astro Turf will then be preceded by Dompim and Cyanide Astro Turfs.
The Astro Turf is contracted to be built by Blag Company Limited who built the Cruyff Turf in Tema.
