National Service Scheme Unveils Pin Codes for Trained Teachers as Enrollment for 2024 Service Year Commences

The management of the National Service Scheme (NSS) has released the first batch of trained teachers pin codes to enable them to enroll to be deployed to offer their one-year mandatory national service for the 2024 service year.


The National Service said pin codes for thirteen thousand, three hundred and fifty-three (13,353) eligible Ghanaian-trained teachers as of Monday, February 12, 2024, have been released.

For all eligible trained teachers to commence their compulsory national service this academic year, the management says they are to log onto the National Service website at www.nss.gov.gh to follow the online enrollment procedure.

“Please note that a registration fee of GH¢40.00 should be paid at any branch of the ADB Bank to obtain access to the main enrolment platform to complete the enrolment process

Alternatively, payment of GH¢41.00 could be made via MTN MoMo. Enrollment starts on Wednesday, 14th February 2024, and ends on Wednesday, 28th February,” the Ghana National Service Scheme said in the press statement.

How to check national service pin codes
1. Visit the NSS pin code portal


2. Enter your Index Number/Student ID number

3. For security reasons, enter your date of birth and

4. Click on Search to check your NSS pin code.

NB: To pay for your pin code through mobile money, follow the instructions on the payment page after your pin is displayed. N.B. Any payment done through mobile money not equal to GHS41 will be reversed
