Bibiani GoldStars SC have officially announced the signing of highly-rated midfielder Emmanuel Fosu Kyei from Division One League side Skyy FC.
The 21-year-old talent, who impressed during a loan spell at Young Apostles last season, has inked a three-year contractwith the Miners, becoming their latest addition ahead of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League campaign.
Fosu Kyei’s dynamism in midfield and ability to control the tempo of games caught the attention of several top-flight clubs, but GoldStars moved swiftly to secure his services as part of their squad rebuilding plans.
Club officials believe the addition of Kyei will bolster their options in the middle of the park and bring added creativity and energy to Coach Michael Osei’s team.
“We are delighted to welcome Emmanuel to the GoldStars family. He’s a young player with great potential and we believe he will make a big impact at our club,” a club statement said.
Emmanuel Fosu Kyei began his professional journey at Skyy FC, where he developed a reputation as a versatile and hard-working midfielder. His loan spell with Young Apostles last season proved to be a breakthrough, as he consistently delivered standout performances in the Division One League.
The move to Bibiani now presents the promising midfielder with a golden opportunity to test himself at the highest level of Ghanaian football.
GoldStars will be counting on Kyei to play a key role in their ambitions for the new season as they look to improve on their previous league campaign and aim for a top-half finish.
