The Egyptian League champions, Al Ahly SC have completed the signing of Moroccan forward Reda Slim ahead of start of 2023-24 league season.
Slim, 23, signed a four-year contract with the Red Devils worth US$2 million, following a successful agreement.
He joined from AS FAR Rabat where he had an enigmatic campaign last season, scoring 11 goals and making 10 assists in 28 league games. Slim scored a last-minute winner on the final matchday that won FAR Rabat the league title last season.
The winger started his career at the youth ranks of FAR Rabat and Raja Casablanca, before getting promoted to the first team by FAR Rabat in 2019.
He went on to make 115 appearances for FAR Rabat, scoring 32 goals and providing 26 assists, helping the club to the league title last season and the Morccan Cup in 2021.
On the international level, Slim was part of the Morocco team that won the 2021 African.
