The 25-year-old Ghanaian forward made 54 minutes appearance for Bulgarian giant’s Ludogorets Razgard in their 2023-24 UEFA Champions League qualification game against Olimpija Ljubljana on Wednesday.
He again, commended a starting berth for his club as they were held to a 1-1 draw at the Huvepharma Arena.
Despite, Ludogorets conceding in the 14th minute managed to draw parity before the first half break as Dominik Yankov cancelled the visitors goal. In a 4-3-3 formation, Bernard Tekpetey was very useful and beneficial to Ludogorets at the right side of attack as he helped secure them a draw.
Tekpetey was replaced after 9 minute into the second department by Caio Vidal.
With the first leg ending in draw, Bernard Tekpetey’s Ludogorets will hope to secure a deserving victory away for qualification to the Champions League proper.
