Ghanaian forward, Felix Afena-Gyan registered hat-trick in US Cremonese preseason friendly against Pieve Di Bono. In a game that saw the relegated club win 18-0, bagged three goals.
On Monday afternoon, Afena-Gyan started in the friendly and scored in the 14th minute to double his outfit lead to 2-0 before scoring two goals in the second half to record hat-trick.
The game eventually ended with US Cremonese beating Pieve Di Bono 18-0.
Vazquez, Tsadjout, Gondo, Okereke, and Ciofani netted a brace in the friendly while Valeri, Buonaiuto, Sekulov, Lochoshvili, and Zanimacchia added a goal each.
Cremonese suffered relegation from the Italian top-flight last season after securing promotion in 2022-23 to the elite division. Due to poor performance, they return to the Serie B, asuch preparing for their campaign next season.
Felix Afena-Gyan and his teammates will fight for promotion to Serie A during the 2023/24 football season.
