The 56-year old Ghanaian football coach, has confirmed his interest in Hearts of Oak SC coaching role after hearing it vacancy.
Ernest Thompson has applied for the position and bragged he is the best person for the job at the moment despite missing in the dugout for over a year.
The former Ebusua Dwarfs manager last coached Ashanti Gold SC in the Ghanaian top-flight but was sacked in 2021-22 league campaign and has since, not managed any club. However, believe it’s time to make his name stain in the Ghanaian league.
He has forwarded his curriculum vitae including other details to his coaching career, he admitted.

The 56-year old has vast experience coaching in the domestic league and will definitely be a good manager with the Phobians should he secure the job.
Hearts of Oak SC are currently without a head coach after parting ways with expatriate Slavko Matic in the course of the 2022-23 BetPawa Premier League. David Ocloo, the assistant was charged to lead the outfit through the season but has even resigned few days ago from his position.
