Ghana defender, Daniel Amartey has completed his move to Turkish side Besiktas.
The center-back inked a two-year contract after passing his medicals. He joined on a free transfer after leaving Leicester City FC at the end of 2022-23 league season upon contract expiration.
He brought to an end his seven years spell, winning the English Premier League and FA Cup in 2021.
Amartey, 28, was linked to Scottish giants Celtic to reunite with his former boss Brendan Rodgers but switched to the Turkish top-flight.
With his vast experience, he is expected to help Besiktas clinch the Turkish league during his stay.
He becomes the latest Ghanaian player to complete a move to the Turkish top-flight after Alexander Djiku joined Fenerbahçe.
