Ghanaian hip hop and afro pop act, D-Black has jumped into the defense of Sarkodie in heat of him being labelled phony.
Many musicians including Kwaw Kese, Edem and Samini have come to spill how Sarkodie turns deaf ear when they need a verse from him.

D-Black took to his twitter page to eulogize Sarkodie for how he pulled up in his house to record verses for his two songs when he wasn’t even at home.
He claimed he was performing at an event in Kumasi then.
