Support Kissi Agyebeng to win corruption fight – Domelevo to journalists

Daniel Yao Domelevo, former Auditor-General, has expressed his admiration for Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng’s dedication to fighting corruption and urged Ghanaians, including journalists, to support .

Bernard Avle Domelevo praised Agyebeng’s zeal and commitment, stating that he is doing a “fantastic job” despite facing obstacles.

Domelevo noted that Agyebeng is the only one who seems to be taking the fight against corruption seriously and emphasized the need for Ghanaians to encourage and support him.

Although Domelevo initially had reservations about the creation of the Office of Special Prosecutor, he now believes that Agyebeng’s efforts deserve support and recognition.

Former Auditor-General Daniel Yao Domelevo has expressed his support for Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng’s efforts in fighting corruption, despite initial reservations about the creation of the Office of Special Prosecutor.

Domelevo acknowledged the challenges faced by Agyebeng’s predecessor, Martin Amidu, and noted that Agyebeng is now facing similar obstacles, including petitions for his removal and institutional hurdles.

Despite these challenges, Agyebeng continues to perform his duties effectively, and Domelevo believes he deserves support and encouragement. Domelevo emphasized the importance of fighting corruption, citing the alarming rate at which state properties are being misappropriated.

He urged Ghanaians, including journalists, to join the fight against corruption, warning that if left unchecked, it will become entrenched in society.

Domelevo praised Agyebeng’s dedication and resilience, saying he is the only one taking the fight against corruption seriously, and urged others to support him in his efforts.
