Efya has hit back at Black Rasta for saying Sarkodie allowed himself to be used to desecrate the legacy of Bob Marley.
Sarkodie being featured on the remake of “stir it up” by Bob Marley & The Wailers has raised arguments between music buffs.
Many think is a historical feat whiles others think some technicalities wasn’t hit right.
Black Rasta shared his view, saying Sarkodie’s rap on the tune was nothing special just his usual one way rap which has been on over the years.
But according to the 5 times Ghana music awards “best female vocalist” winner, Efya, Black Rasta’s opinion doesn’t matter because he hasn’t reached anywhere with regards to music.Again, she asked, will his opinion make the go back into productions and do what he thinks is right? She then added, people should sometimes first call their mothers before they put their opinions out there. She recounted on GHONE TV.
I think people should realized that sometimes nobody cares about what you sayYour opinion right now Mr Black, does not matter. The thing is, the boy has done something and it’s historic, be grateful and let’s honour our people, let’s be happy for our people.

You saying this, what does it do to it?
Are they going to go back into production and do what you think it was because you went to Julliard. where have you reached that we might think you can talk about the song?
Are you Kwame Yeboah? Please have some backing before you say some of these things when somebody had done something monumental. Just say good work bruh, this is amazing bruh. It doesn’t hurt.Sometimes when we’re giving our opinions, we should call our mothers and ask them first before we put it out, I swear!.
Efya and Sarkodie are known to be good friends and they have worked together to give out great songs like Saara, I’m in love with you & where did I go wrong.
