Unite and vote for NPP – NAPO’s wife urges women in Accra

Naa Djama Prempeh, wife of Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) running mate, has been actively campaigning for the party among women voters in the Greater Accra Region, a crucial electoral battleground in Ghana’s elections.
Her efforts are part of the NPP’s strategic push to secure votes in this key region ahead of the upcoming election.

On Monday, November 5, Naa Djama Prempeh addressed women in the Bortianor Ngleshie Amanfrom constituency, emphasizing the importance of women’s unity for regional and personal development.
She urged the women to mobilize their families and friends to support NPP’s presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, and the constituency’s Member of Parliament, Sylvester Tetteh.

“The development of Ghana will translate into your personal development,” she said, encouraging the women to work together for the country’s progress. “When women are determined to achieve a goal, they go on to achieve it, so I entreat us women to work together for the development of the country.”

Naa Djama Prempeh’s campaign efforts are not isolated; she has been actively supporting her husband’s campaign as well.
In fact, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh publicly praised her for launching her own campaign for the party, sharing a video of her campaign launch in the Greater Accra Region on his Facebook page ¹.

The Greater Accra Region is considered a bellwether region, and the NPP is leaving no stone unturned in its bid to secure votes. Naa Djama Prempeh’s outreach to women voters is a crucial aspect of this strategy, recognizing the significant role women play in shaping the country’s future.

As the election draws near, Naa Djama Prempeh’s message of women’s unity and empowerment is likely to resonate with many.
Her commitment to the NPP’s cause and her passion for Ghana’s development make her a compelling advocate for the party.
