Ghanaian midfielder Richard Boadu has secured a move to Libya top-flight side, Al Ahly, according to source close to the club.
Asante Kotoko SC have reached an agreement with Libyan side Al Ahly SC for the transfer of their Captain, Richard Boadu, on a permanent deal subject to medicals.
The former Phar Rangers midfielder joined the Porcupine Warriors from Ghana premier league rivals Medeama SC playing an integral role in the club’s Premier League triumph in the 2021/2022 season.
He leaves with the record number of tackles in the team and most duels won, scoring two goals with five assists and eight man of the match awards in his last season with the Porcupine Warriors.
