Vodafone Ghana Music Awards is arguably the biggest Music Awards scheme in Ghana and getting the opportunity to perform on their stage on their big night is not an easy feat for acts who have not been lauded enough.
In quest to grant some Unsung acts the chance to perform on the bigger night, Closeup toothpaste, the iconic youth brand, partnered Charterhouse to provide a more rewarding and exciting experience for underground acts seeking to break into mainstream music since 2014.
The Unsung is an initiative to project artistes who are doing well but have not had the exposure.
The winner in the category gets to perform on the main night the VGMA happens but all nominees gets to perform to 10,000+ of fans at Nominees Jam.
NB: The Unsung Act winner gets announced before the main event.
