Scheduled for 13 January to 11 February 2024, the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations will unfold in the Ivorian cities of Abidjan, Bouake, Korhogo, San Pedro, and Yamoussoukro.
The introduction of online ticket sales provides fans with an unprecedented opportunity to secure their tickets well in advance for this highly anticipated tournament.
In continuation of the successful launch for the ongoing CAF Women’s Champions League, a dedicated, fully functional, and user-friendly platform has been developed on the CAF website to ensure a pleasant and seamless experience for interested fans.
Veron Mosengo-Omba, the General Secretary of CAF, expressed the organization’s commitment to creating access for thousands of football enthusiasts traveling to Cote d’Ivoire for the event.
Additionally, the initiative aims to ensure easy access for the local Ivorian population, fostering a spirit of inclusivity.
“Online tickets will enhance the ticketing experience for fans of African football and the general public. The support from the stakeholders has been great, and we are hopeful of meeting the increasing demands of the fans and the general public,” stated CAF General Secretary Veron Mosengo-Omba.
During this initial phase of sales, 25 percent of the tickets for the group stage will be made available, allowing fans to secure their seats for the 34th edition of this biennial football extravaganza.
Ticket prices have been set at 5000 FCFA (approximately 8 US Dollars) for Category Three (3), 10000 FCFA (about 16 US Dollars) for Category Two (2), and 15000 FCFA (approximately 24 US Dollars).
Fans will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for the group stage, with each household eligible for up to six tickets.
