Black Queens trainer, Nora Häuptle has confirmed her squad for their clash against Guinea on Tuesday.
Ghana will travel to Guinea for the first leg of the CAF African Women’s Olympics qualifiers before hosting Guinea in Ghana. Ahead of it, former Swiss International Nora Häuptle has paraded 23 players for the encounter.
The Black Queens will face their counterparts in the preliminary stage of the African Qualifiers for the Olympics games to be held in France next year.
In the squad, three slots have being offered to goalkeepers, eight defenders, seven for midfielders and five for attackers.
FC Nordsjaelland midfielder, Jennifer Cudjoe who earns a first call-up to the team is included having represented Ghana in the various junior national teams.
Versatile player Ernestina Abambila is back to the team since her absence somewhere December 2018.
The team has Avaldsness IF duo Evelyn Badu and Susan Ama Duah.
Skipper Portia Boakye and Janet Egyir are both part of the final squad.
The two legged tie will take place between Wednesday, July 12, 2024 and Monday, July 18, 2024.
