French-born Ghanaian defender, Alexander Djiku is excited to seal a sensational move to the Turkish top-flight. It was widely reported the reliable defender will move away from Racing Strasbourg upon his contract expiration.
On Monday, Fenerbahçe confirmed the signing of the Ghana international Alexander Djiku after passing his mandatory medicals.
Djiku spent four-years with Racing Strasbourg in the French Ligue I but opted for a new challenge asuch, a switch to Turkey.
The experienced center-back upon switching camp, expressed excitement and says he can’t wait to start training with his new teammates. He joined Fenerbahçe on a free transfer after ending his stay with Racing Strasbourg.
