Mr Kwame Adu-Mante, CEO of Focus 1 Group, donated a cheque of GHS8,000 to Support the construction of an infirmary for the Sekondi Prisons to he cater for health needs of the inmates.
The cheque of GHS8,000 wasn’t delivered alone, packs of foods, soft drinks, boxes of toothpaste, and toothbrushes were also donated by the CEO.This was his annual valentine’s day practice to the inmates.
Mr Abraham Allotey, the Deputy Director of prisons, noted in an interview that, provisions of medical care for the inmates has been their major challenge, thus, he’s calling on benevolent entities to assists the prisoners to gain quality health care.
Mr Abraham Allotey then expressed his gratefulness to Mr Kwame Adu-Mante for the kind gesture demonstrated to the inmates.
