The National Sports Authority, NSA, and the Interim Management Committee of Asante Kotoko SC have decided to sell tickets at the gate for Sunday’s BetPawa Premier League match between Kotoko and Karela United.
This will be connected with E-ticketing to assist people who are having problems buying game tickets online.
The club’s thronging fans have struggled to buy Asante Kotoko home game tickets online, largely due to their incapacity to use the E-ticketing system.
To solve the issue and draw supporters back to the stadium, the NSA and the IMC have decided to sell tickets at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium entrance. This will enable supporters to buy any tickets for Asante Kotoko’s home games that may still be available.
Asante Kotoko’s final home game of the year, a match against Hearts of Oak, drew more than 6,000 fans, the second-highest crowd of the entire prior season.
Kotoko will meet Karela United on Sunday at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium and will be looking to pick up their first home victory in six games.
Asante Kotoko hasn’t won a game in this year’s 2023-24 Ghana Premier League season and they will be vying for their first win. They drew their first game against Hearts of Lions at home and lost to Bibiani Goldstars at Bibiani.
