CAF has granted Medeama license to participate in the 2023/2024 CAF Champions League.
This paves way for the Mauve and Yellow to begin preparations for their debut campaign in Africa’s elite inter club competition.

The Ghanaian Champions met all the FIVE Criteria set out by the continent’s governing body- Sporting, Legal, Infrastructure, Personnel and Adminsitrative.
Medeama have since received their official Award Letter with the necessary recommendations.
As a result, Medeama have submitted their venues, of which CAF will come and inspect the conditions and approve it. Medeama chose TNA and Cape Coast Sports Stadium for their home.
