Medeama Sc has announced that TEN of their players have been transferred to Sirens FC of the Maltese Premier League.
To begin their European adventures, the ten players have signed professional contracts with the team.
Following completion of the necessary paperwork, midfielders Kwasi Donsu and Prosper Owusu Boakye, forwards Charles Agyemang, Frank Boateng, Joshua Agyemang, and Bismark Asare, as well as defenders Daniel Opoku and Moro Muktar, will all join the Maltese team this week.
Akadom Mohammed Hafiz, a winger, rounds out the group of players departing for Europe.
While the remaining SEVEN players have signed permanent contracts, Kwasi Donsu, Frank Boateng, and Joshua Agyemang have signed one-year loan agreements.
In a momentous step for the club, the players are anticipated to start their journeys in Europe.
To begin a new chapter in their professional lives, they will land in Malta on Tuesday.
After the second leg of the CAF Champions League encounter against Remo Stars FC in Nigeria on Sunday, August 27, 2023, Joshua Agyemang will leave the yellow and mauve side.
For the 9 players, Medeama and Sirens have an agreement contract with undisclosed terms.
In the 2022-23 Ghana Premier League victory, Muktar, Daniel Opoku, Joshua Agyemang, Joshua Boakye, Donsu, and Prosper Boakye all contributed significantly to their first league trophy.
