Uncertainty Looms as 360 Power Sports Issues Challenge to WRFA’s Season Start Date

In a surprising turn of events, 360 Power Sports has thrown down the gauntlet, challenging the Western Regional Football Association (WRFA) to commence the upcoming season as scheduled on the congress date of November 3rd, 2023. The challenge raises numerous concerns and questions, adding a layer of uncertainty to the upcoming football season.

Several critical points have been raised by 360 Power Sports, highlighting the obstacles and issues that may hinder the WRFA’s ability to kick off the season on the proposed date.

1. No Demotion and Promotion: One of the key issues cited is the absence of a demotion and promotion system. No team has been promoted or demoted in the last season 2022-23 league thus making it difficult for the teams to no the ones that are promoted or demoted.

This omission could potentially disrupt the fair and competitive structure of the league, as teams typically rely on such systems for motivation and progression.

2. No Vice Chairman: The absence of a vice chairman further adds to the concerns, as it may impact the overall leadership and decision-making capacity of the WRFA. The vice chairman plays a pivotal role in supporting the chairman and ensuring the smooth operation of the association.

3. No Executive Council Members: Without an executive council in place, the WRFA faces a leadership vacuum. The executive council is responsible for making important decisions and shaping the direction of the association. Its absence raises questions about the WRFA’s ability to effectively govern the league.

4. Game Center Undisclosed: Another pressing issue is the undisclosed game center. This leaves teams and fans in the dark about where matches will be held, hindering proper preparation and planning.

5. Competition Committee and Other Committees Dissolved: The dissolution of the competition committee and other essential committees further compounds the uncertainty. These committees are instrumental in organizing fixtures, addressing disputes, and ensuring the smooth running of the league.

6. No Fixtures: The absence of fixtures, a fundamental element for planning and scheduling matches, leaves teams and players in limbo, unsure of what lies ahead.

In response to these challenges, 360 Power Sports is openly questioning the WRFA’s readiness to commence the season as scheduled. The challenge, issued by Sampson Abban (SHAMMO) and Francis Ackon (KIKINHO), underscores the need for transparency, organization, and clear leadership within the WRFA.
