Ghana defender Daniel Amartey, has officially been announced Basiktas player ahead of new season. The experienced centre-back signed a three-year contract with an additional one year with the Turkish giants.
He joined Besiktas as a free agent after parting ways with Premier League club Leicester City after seven years of spell.
The center-back who had a remarkable spell with Leicester, winning the league title in his debut season and the FA Cup was unveiled over the week having passed a mandatory medicals.
After putting pen to paper, the 28-year-old has disclosed in a twitt that he is excited and ready to start a new challenge with Turkish giants Basiktas.

Amartey is expected to bring his experience and defensive prowess to Besiktas as they aim for success in domestic and international competitions.
