Hasaacas Ladies Clinch Fifth Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League Title

Hasaacas Ladies have once again proven their dominance in Ghanaian women’s football by securing their fifth Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League title. In a thrilling final at the Legon Sports Stadium, the “Dooooo” ladies triumphed over Ampem Darkoa Ladies with a 2-1 victory.

The match began with high intensity, and Hasaacas Ladies quickly established their superiority. Veronica broke the deadlock with a fantastic strike, putting Hasaacas ahead in the first half. Shortly after, Mukarama Abdulai doubled their lead with a precise near-post header, making it 2-0 before the break.

Ampem Darkoa Ladies, determined to mount a comeback, managed to pull one back in the second half. However, their efforts were not enough to overcome the two-goal deficit established by Hasaacas Ladies in the first half.

Hasaacas Ladies’ victory solidifies their status as the most successful team in the history of the Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League, having now won the title five times. The team’s consistent performance and resilience throughout the season culminated in this well-deserved triumph.

The celebrations were jubilant as the final whistle blew, with players and fans alike reveling in the achievement. Hasaacas Ladies’ coach praised the team’s effort, highlighting the goals from Veronica and Mukarama as pivotal moments in the match.

As champions, Hasaacas Ladies have once again set the standard in Ghanaian women’s football, showcasing their skill, determination, and championship pedigree. Their victory in the Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League is a testament to their hard work and dedication throughout the season.

Congratulations to Hasaacas Ladies on their incredible achievement!
