The Eastern Regional FA has received an unequivocal apology from Asuom-based Kwaebibirem United FC for the unsportsmanlike conduct that derailed their opening contest in the ongoing Mampong Akuapem Socaloca Middle League on Monday, June 12, 2023.
As a result, the squad can no longer call Mampong Park their home field.
The club apologized for the transgression in a letter to the Eastern Regional Football Association and the general football community, and it promised its thronging supporters that it would not happen again during the club’s remaining games in a post on its official Facebook page.
