Agya Koo, a seasoned actor in Kumawood, recently showcased his lavish property in Kumasi, which prompted a response from his colleague, Oboy Siki, who revealed his source of funding.

These assertions have sparked a contentious discussion among the actors’ supporters, with conflicting views appearing on social media.
No actor could afford to construct such a lavish home using only acting income, claims Oboy Siki.
Things weren’t going well for Agya in the film sector, so in 2016, he went to do an endorsement for NPP, and that’s where he made enough money. Therefore, I want to communicate to Ghanaians that, even though we actors in movies may create, our resources can not enable us to construct a decent home.

He said that his affiliation with the New Patriotic Party (NPP), a significant political party in Ghana, made Agya Koo’s mansion feasible.
Therefore, if anyone claims that the money used to build these enormous houses in Accra came from the film industry, they are telling a very huge lie. According to what I know and what I have heard, the NPP funding assisted Agya in paying for his building, he admitted.
Oboy Siki revealed that Agya Koo encountered issues during the early stages of building in a recent online interview. He purportedly succeeded in finishing the project, nevertheless, after obtaining an endorsement contract with the NPP.
According to what I know, he went to conduct another endorsement for the NPP in Cape Coast in 2020 and accepted a large sum of money since at the time I was watching politics and knew how it worked on the inside and outside, but I didn’t become involved myself.

Oboy Siki continued, “The truth is that he started with his own money for that project, but political funding was used for the final touches. I’m stating the truth, and even the last time I spoke with him, I informed him that I would make the information public, so if he finds out, he shouldn’t be shocked. Last but not least, he went to support Kennedy and will accept more money.
