Division one side, Skyy FC, have secured the signature of former Asante Kotoko and Aduana Stars midfielder, Prince Acquah.
The Western Region based club, Skyy FC, in their quest to qualify for the Ghana Premier League have chanced on the January transfer to reinforce their squad, and joining the rank is the man who has rise through the ranks of of division two, division one and the Premier League, Prince Acquah.
He was part of the Wassaman team that qualifed for division one.He then join Heart Of Lions, Kotoko and lastly played for Aduana Stars in the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season.
Prince Acquah was part of the WA All Stars team that won the Ghana Premier League in 2016. He then joined Kumasi Asante Kotoko for the 2017 season.
In the 2017 season, and 2018 season he featured in 12 matches and 8 matches respectively. The 2018 season was however truncated due to the dissolution of the GFA in June 2018, as a result of the Anas Number 12 Exposé.
In the 2019 GFA Normalization Committee Special Competition, he played 9 matches and helped Kotoko win the title to qualify for the 2019–20 CAF Champions League. After going down the perking order, he parted ways with the club in October 2019.
After terminating his contract with Kotoko and missing out on the 2019–20 Ghana Premier League season, Acquah signed for Dormaa-based side Aduana Stars in April 2020 on a free transfer, in the process reuniting with Paa Kwesi Fabin who coached him in 2018 whilst at Asante Kotoko.
