The Western Regional Football Association (WRFA) has debunked claims made by Mr Kuntu Blankson that, “his thoughts weren’t needed and his plans seemed as threat to the WRFA.
Mr Kuntu Blankson in a statement in March 9, 2023, stated about resigning from his position as the Local Organizing Committee Chairman for Western Region Division Two, Zone One.
In the the release, he stated he’s resigning because the WRFA refuses to go with his thoughts and his plans seem to be a threat to the WRFA.
The release which he posted on his socials generated more conversations and the WRFA have responded.
In a release by the WRFA which was released on March 9, and signed by Secretary, Andrews Kwesi Eshun, they saw the purported resignation letter on WhatsApp platforms.
They indicated all efforts by the WRFA Chairman and Secretary to get in touch with Mr Kuntu Blankson have proved futile.
However, they have accepted his resignation in good fortune, thank him and wish him well in all his endeavors.
In this, three-member committee will be appointed to steer the affairs of the Aboadze Game Centre in the coming days.
