General Manager for Ghanaian Premier League side Aduana Stars, Mr Takyi Arhin, has affirmed his outfit will keep collecting the Betpawa locker room bonus because it’s not a bad thing.
Betpawa in their policy to sponsor the Ghanaian topflight league decided to reward players directly if their team wins every league game.
According to the Ghana Football Association spokesperson, Mr Henry Asante Twum, only two clubs(Asante Kotoko and Karela) refused to offer the means of payment (Mobile Money numbers of players) to Betpawa in an interview on Kessben TV.
Replying to this, Board member of Asante Kotoko, Emmanuel Newton Dasoberi, in a series of post on Facebook explained that, the team deem that mode ethically not right because they don’t want their players to deal with any third-party. He further stated that, Betpawa has a deal with the Premier League clubs not the players.
