FC Samartex Suspends former Hearts Of Oak Goalkeeper indefinitely.

Release from FC Samartex indicates that former Accra Hearts Of Oak goalkeeper, Richard Baidoo, who joined them for 2022/2023 season has been suspended indefinitely.

According to the release, Richard Baidoo was suspended based on acts of indiscipline, insubordination, and consistently flouting provisions in his contract with FC Samartex.

The release also points that, the player has gone AWOL since February 8, 2023.

The release also shown that Messrs Gabriel Bonnah and Eric Bosomtwi have been referred to the FC Samartex 1966 Disciplinary Committee, being charged with acts of indiscipline and insubordination against Management and technical team.

Richard Baidoo has lost the number one spot to Lawrence Ansah whose performance earned him a spot in former Black Stars Goalkeeper, Abukari Damba’s Betpawa Premier League “team of the first round”.

Lawrence Ansah also kept the post when they were in Division one last season.
