Stephan Ambrosius, Kingsley Schindler and Jerome Opoku called for Mexico and USA friendlies as four players injured

Due to injuries, Tariq Lamptey, Daniel Amartey, Alexander Djiku, and Osman Bukari withdrew from the two friendly matches against Mexico and the United States.

Stephan Ambrosius, Kingsley Schindler, and Jerome Opoku have taken the position of the foursome.

While Jerome Opoku is anticipated on Wednesday, Schindler and Stephan Ambrosius are already training in Charlotte in preparation for the two games.

Prior to playing the United States of America on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at GEODIS Park in Nashville, Tennessee, Ghana will play Mexico on Saturday, October 14 at the Bank of America stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina.
