The Chairman for MTN FA Cup Committee, Hon.Wilson Arthur, has hinted the yet to be completed Tarkwa TnA park might hold the final match of this season’s competition.
He noted the if the stadium gets completed before April ending, it will give enough room for Club Licensing Committee to access the stadium and give approval. Aside that, they may also had to reach an agreement with Medeama SC and Local Authorities.
In an interview on Mining City Radio at Tarkwa with Paa Kwesi Ampofo, he stated;
“You people should relax because we’re working on some few things, we may surprise you people at Tarkwa if you people could complete your stadium. We are praying, because there are things that has to happen; one, the stadium needs to be completed latest by end of April so that the Club Licensing Committee will access everything and give approval. Even if it’s completed, though we as the Committee wants to commission the match there, we still have to do few negotiations with Medeama SC and the Local Authorities.”
