Erling Haaland is close to breaking yet another Premier League record as Everton, Leicester, and Leeds attempt to avoid the relegation, while Aston Villa, Tottenham, and Brentford are vying for a spot in the Europa Conference League.

On the final day of the Premier League season, here are the things that are still up for grabs. Everton 17th with 33 points, Leicester 18th also with 31 points and Leeds 19th with 31 points. They are all in a risk of joining already-relegated Southampton in the Championship with one round of games remaining.

In the event that Leeds loses to Tottenham and Leicester loses to West Ham, Everton will be assured to make it through because Leicester are currently ahead of Leeds in the standings on goal differential, they must win to have any chance of staying up.
However, even if they defeat Tottenham and Everton loses to Bournemouth, Leeds might still be relegated. To have any chance of avoiding relegation, Leicester must defeat West Ham, win at Everton on the final day and pray Leeds doesn’t pull off the unbelievable and reverse their nine-goal advantage in goal differential.
If Leicester loses on Sunday, Everton and Leeds may be able to avoid the drop if they can outscore each other on goal differential. Both Everton and Leeds would end the season with 34 points if they drew with Bournemouth and defeated Tottenham.
Everton’s goal difference is at -24, while Leeds’ is -27. If Everton drew and Leeds won by a score of three goals or more, Leeds would finish ahead of Everton in terms of goals scored.
The question is, which teams will join already relegated Southampton on Sunday?
